Charlee Moseley (IG: @charleemoseley) is a client of Hey Preslie Nutrition who has lost 30+ pounds during her time in the program, and gained so much of her life back; from the confidence and energy to do things she'd been missing out on, to significantly improving her major health markers.
Now she can walk around her favorite destination, Disneyland, without her feet aching and the uncomfortable temptations of food, and truly enjoy the experience. Her optimistic attitude and natural tendency to focus on appreciating the non-scale victories has helped her solidify these healthy lifestyle changes and new-found freedom for years to come.
We kick off the conversation talking about how the lack of genuine fulfillment in Charlee's medical career led her to go back to school and pursue her passion for writing and reading.
